Machine-building plants need serial casting of body parts, frames, levers, pulleys and sprockets in grey and ductile iron, carbon and alloyed steels — with a wide product range and variable batch sizes.

The specifics — a wide range at small and medium series: no-bake lines with core shooters cover the product range without expensive tooling, and a CNC machining section brings the casting to a finished part. We equip molding, melting, core making and machining.
