Oil & gas castings

The oil & gas sector — body pipeline valves (gate valves, clamps, taps), centrifugally cast pipes and sleeves, flanges made of carbon, alloyed and stainless steels. The castings work under pressure and in aggressive media; the requirements are metal density and leak-tightness.

The specifics — long thin-walled pipes and serial valve bodies: centrifugal casting covers pipes and sleeves, permanent mold and die casting cover serial bodies. We supply centrifugal machines, LPDC machines, heat treatment and tooling of our own manufacture.
