Special casting — non-standard alloys, oversized and unique castings, pilot batches: ingot molds, hearth plates, slag pots, parts of metallurgical machines. There are no series here — there is a specific casting for a task.
The specifics — process design for each product: we develop the process, make the tooling, install the equipment and fine-tune the technology on site until a sound casting is produced. We cover it with permanent mold casting, low-pressure casting and green sand molding with our own tooling.
