Engineering design
We design foundry shops and cells for a specific task: the product range, series size, budget and existing infrastructure of the plant. Compliant with GOST, SNiP and SPO standards.
Pre-design works (feasibility study)
Feasibility study: equipment set selection, comparison of configuration options, budget and payback period.
Design & working documentation
Layouts, equipment foundations, power networks, tasks for adjacent disciplines, equipment tying-in to the building.
Expert review support
Preparation of documentation and support through state and industrial expert review of the project.
Production audit
Survey of the operating production: bottlenecks, equipment condition, upgrade and capacity recommendations.
Process development (melting, molding)
No-bake/green sand mix recipes, melting and holding modes, test melts — up to the first sound casting.

We supply single machines and complete lines: direct contracts with Asian manufacturers, our own engineering review of every order. On site — our supervisors: from unloading and assembly to the first-melt test and personnel training.
Equipment & line supply
Direct contracts with Asian factories: mixers, furnaces, blasters, molding lines. Custom modifications of units and armour per customer specifications.
Leasing & public procurement
Leasing contracts, participation in public procurement, flexible pricing schemes fitted to the project budget.
Erection & commissioning
Assembly and alignment, electrical hookup, dosing calibration, first-melt test — with our engineer on site.
Personnel training
Training in equipment operation and lining, maintenance routines and safety procedures — before handover to operation.
Warranty, spares stock, field crews
Service
Service
We support equipment throughout its service life: service contracts, scheduled maintenance, unit restoration and priority spare parts delivery from our Novosibirsk warehouse (24-hour dispatch), field crews across Russia and the CIS.
